Emma Louise Jones suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction during a trip to the Post Office.
The former BBC Sport presenter said she was left "mortified" after discovering a hole in the groin of her gym leggings and shared the evidence with her nearly 440,000 followers on Instagram.
Emma, known for her jaw-dropping social media uploads, joked she may need to "relocate" to a different part of the country after only finding out about the wardrobe malfunction when she got to the gym.
That's because the 35-year-old said she had already visited her local Post Office to return some parcels, during which she found herself in a very compromising position.
In a video on Instagram showing the ripped gym leggings, she explained: "Well I am mortified. You can probably tell why.
"I have just been to the gym and come straight back out because as soon as I got there I found this big hole at the back of my leggings.
"But that is not the worst bit, I had just been to the Post Office before that to send a load of parcels.
"They were big parcels and I had quite a few of them so I had to put some on the floor and then pick them up again.
"Which meant I had to squat, with that there and there were people stood behind me in the queue while I was full mooning them."
The blonde bombshell, who works for Leeds United TV and Premier Sports, added: "I need to relocate guys, I can't be seen around here again."
Emma often shares creepy messages she receives via Instagram DMs - leaving fans in stitches with her responses to overly-excited fans.
And it's safe to say her latest video left some of them hot under the collar, as Emma revealed her DMs had been flooded with questions about her mishap.
She shared another post to answer two of what seemed to be the most common questions.
Emma wrote: "In response to some of your DMs. No, I didn’t have wind and the leggings aren't for sale."
Earlier this year Emma amused her followers with an anecdote from a hot holiday abroad, which was interrupted by a loud gardener trimming a bush.
And she had famous followers including the likes of TNT Sports star Laura Woods, boxing beauty Ebanie Bridges and former Countdown maths genius Carol Vorderman marvelling at the see-through dress she wore for an awards do.
