Crystal Palace Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Sharon Lacey as the club’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Sharon previously spent 15 years at Palace, holding several senior roles, including seven years as Director of Operations and later Chief Operating Officer, before now returning to the club.

During her earlier tenure, Sharon played a key role in the redevelopment of the club’s Main Stand. With several major supporting works completed this summer, she will now oversee the next crucial stage of this long-awaited project while also leading the club’s business operations during a pivotal period of growth.

Club Chairman Steve Parish said:

“Sharon has long been a central figure in our operations team. She has an outstanding track record, having already made an excellent contribution to Palace, and she possesses an in-depth understanding of all areas of the club’s business. We are confident she is the ideal person to help us continue building on the historic progress we have made on the pitch in recent years.”

Sharon Lacey said:

“I am absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to return to Crystal Palace and to lead the club’s business operations at such an exciting moment in its journey. I look forward to reconnecting with everyone very soon at Selhurst Park.”
