OpTic Gaming has named Murphy ‘INSTILL‘ Peck as the new Director of Partnerships.
In his announcement, INSTILL shared that he aims to bring successful campaigns to brands looking to work with the North American esports organisation.

Before joining OpTic Gaming, INSTILL was the Associate Director of Sales and Business Development at Mythic Talent and Sales Manager of OTK Media. He is also a Twitch Partner, hosting livestreams since 2013.
OpTic Gaming has entered into various partnerships for activations and events over the years, signing with brands such as Monster Energy in 2025, Italian football club Juventus in 2024, and more.
The organisation is also known for running a variety of tournaments, including the FCV Black Ops 7 tournament last year and a $20,000 (~£15,030) Modern Warfare Remastered tournament held by the organisation’s founder Hector ‘H3CZ‘ Rodriguez.
OpTic Gaming’s Presence in Esports
OpTic Gaming currently competes in the Call of Duty esports scene, notably through the teams OpTic Texas and Huntsmen.
OpTic Texas represents Dallas, Texas, US in the Call of Duty League, serving as the successor franchise to Dallas Empire. It was formed after the merger between Team Envy and OpTic Gaming. Recently, the team placed runner-up in the Call of Duty League 2026 Stage 1 Major, losing 3-4 to Paris Gentle Mates.
Huntsmen is OpTic Gaming’s official Call of Duty Challengers team, named after the league franchise Chicago Huntsmen. The team has competed in various events in 2026, placing seventh in the Call of Duty Challengers 2026 Elite 1 North America, and fourth in the Dallas Open.
